This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. Fonts and images are hosted on this site itself. The exception are the two buttons in the Home Assistant section, see below.

Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this site is the operator named in the imprint above. Contact: the email address above. The operator stores no data about visitors to this site and has no access to GitHub's logs.

Hosting on GitHub Pages

The site is served via GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). When you visit it, GitHub automatically processes technically necessary data such as IP address, browser type and time in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest is to provide the site reliably and securely. The data is transferred to the USA. GitHub bases this transfer on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission (Art. 45 and 46 GDPR). How long GitHub stores this data is determined by GitHub. Details are in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Demo

The demo runs entirely in your browser and shows a made-up system. It sends nothing to a server. In your browser's local storage it only remembers whether you have hidden notices or chosen a theme. You can delete this at any time in your browser settings.

Buttons for Home Assistant

Your browser loads the images of the two buttons in the Home Assistant section from my.home-assistant.io, a service of the Home Assistant project. It is run by the Open Home Foundation, based in Switzerland, for which an adequacy decision of the EU Commission exists. In doing so, technically necessary data such as IP address, browser type and time are transmitted to this service. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR: the legitimate interest is to let you set up the integration in Home Assistant with one tap. If you tap a button, my.home-assistant.io opens your own Home Assistant. The Home Assistant privacy policy applies.

Links to other sites

Links to GitHub or to press articles lead to services of other providers. Their privacy policies apply there.
